Our Story

Hi, my name's Lee. After spending most of my life in the fast-paced Western world, I moved to Thailand and — everything changed...
There, I first became aware of just how overstimulated and disconnected I had been. I began to meditate daily, and within weeks, my mind found some stillness. I felt calmer, more focused and resilient to day-to-day challenges. I finally had something to fall back on when life felt overwhelming.
Then I discovered Tibetan singing bowls...
At the time, I was struggling with sleep and came across an opportunity to study sound healing. From the very first session, I felt a deep shift in my core. The vibrations of the bowls relaxed me in a way I’d never experienced, never knew possible. That night I fell into a deep slumber and my sleep began to restore itself.
As I continued studying, I learned the science behind what I had felt: the vibrations stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system — helping the body come out of “fight or flight” and into a state of deep rest and repair.
Over the next two years, I immersed myself in self development, meditation and sound healing. through meditation learning we are not our thoughts and how to create space from thoughts and emotions, how to hold space for others, and how to help people drop into stillness and find there centre — even if they’ve never meditated before.
Now ive founded Dhvani Sound Healing to share what I’ve learned with those who need it most — in todays modern world we live in our heads ,in constant fight or flight mode. If you’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly rest, to feel clear-headed and calm, I invite you to experience the healing power of something so simple as vibration.
This is more than just relaxation. It's a nervous system reset. Remembering what it feels like to be human again.
Peace shouldn't be something we attain it should be the baseline from which we can grow.
Our Name
In Sanskrit, "ध्वनि" (dhvani) means "sound"or "vibration" — not just any sound, but the resonance that echoes through existence.
Rooted in ancient Eastern wisdom, ध्वनि represents the primal vibration that connects all things, from the hum of the cosmos to the gentle ripple of a wave. In texts like the Rigveda and Upanishads, it is the sound that stirs the universe awake, a sacred echo of life itself.
